Harold Rivas serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), overseeing global cybersecurity and information technology, including cloud security, threat management, risk and compliance, and security operations.

With more than two decades of experience and proven leadership in the cybersecurity industry, Harold has helped global organizations to fuel growth, develop and implement effective security strategies and solutions, and to navigate complex government regulations. Prior to Absolute, Rivas served as CISO at Trellix, loanDepot, Santander Consumer USA, and Mr. Cooper.

Harold holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. He has been recognized with prestigious industry awards, including the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards' "CISO of the Year" and Cyber Defense Magazine's "Visionary CISO Award."
