This release includes additional feature enhancements in several areas of the Absolute Platform, as outlined in the Release Notes.

What's New?

Assess the return on investment of deployed Web applications

The Absolute Web Subscriptions Report enables IT teams at school districts within K-12 education and enterprise organizations to gauge the return on investment for their subscribed Web applications. The consolidated report provides a single pane of glass to understand how Web applications are being used by their students or employees and to compare this with their annual license costs for decision makers to make budgetary decisions related to renewal or license optimization for the next fiscal or school year.

The Web Subscriptions Report is an extension of the Absolute Web Usage capability and is available for customers subscribed to the Absolute Resilience service tier. For more information, check out the Absolute Web Usage and Web Subscriptions Reporting datasheet.

Secure, On-Device End User Communications

Absolute End User Messaging enables IT and security administrators to reliably send targeted messages to end users, notifying them about upcoming events or engaging with them in a timely manner in response to a perceived device or security risk. Practitioners can also use the feature to conduct surveys to solicit feedback from end users about device performance or received IT services. Messages can be fully customized, or the admin can leverage pre-built message templates that can be sent right away or at a scheduled time in the future. Absolute End User Messaging is supported cross-platform on Windows, MacOS and Chromebook devices and is available for customers subscribed to the Absolute Control and Absolute Resilience service tiers.

Enhanced Absolute End User Messaging
