If device firmware is a version prior to version 2.8, please contact your device manufacturer to update your BIOS to the latest version with support for Absolute Persistence module version 2.8 or higher. A list of PC manufacturer BIOS support sites can be accessed here.

For existing Absolute customers who cannot find support for their device(s) or have additional requirements, please contact support via the Absolute console.

For Business/Enterprise Users who are not Absolute customers, and cannot find support for your device(s) or need additional support, please contact cvesupport@absolute.com.
