Vancouver, Canada: September 24, 2015– Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT) the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Aava Mobile Oy, a leading European mobile device manufacturer.
Aava Mobile works with its partners and customers to develop customized products for vertical markets including retail point of sale (POS), healthcare, military, oil & gas, and enterprise. Aava Mobile customized products allow users to incorporate their own identity, user interface, content, services and hardware enhancements in very sleek, compact and fully ruggedized devices.
Under the terms of the agreement, Persistence® technology by Absolute will be embedded in the firmware of Aava Mobile devices. By activating Persistence, Aava Mobile customers will receive an enhanced endpoint security and data risk management offering, enabling a reliable two-way connection with all endpoints, regardless of user or location.
