Users must accept the terms of our End User Service Agreements before downloading, installing, or using Absolute Software products or services.
If you require immediate access to your account, email EUSA@absolute.com and we will restore access under the terms of the previous End User Service Agreement (EUSA) for a limited time until your organization can ‘Accept’ the new EUSA.
If you clicked ‘Decline’ because you do not have the authority to accept the EUSA on behalf of your organization:
- Download a copy of the EUSA and forward to your legal representative for review and signature
- Return the signed copy to EUSA@absolute.com
If you clicked ‘Decline’ because you have a custom EUSA in effect with Absolute:
- Return to the Absolute Customer Center login page
- Click ‘Accept’ for your current custom agreement to remain in force
