We recently put together a new Case Study highlighting how nora systems GMbH chose Absolute Manage as their mobile device management solution.

The Challenge at nora systems

nora systems is the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial rubber floors for over 50 years. With more than 1,100 employees servicing multiple countries including the United States, nora systems provides iPhones and iPhones to its German workforce to improve productivity within external services, marketing and management departments.

Following the deployment of 485 iPhones and iPads, nora systems sought out a mobile device management solution that would be both simple to use and deploy, have strong security and control capabilities and have the ability to distribute and update in-house and third-party apps.

The Solution: Absolute Manage

nora systems reviewed multiple vendors seeking a solution; in the end, they chose Absolute Manage as the best option for their needs. The ability to view all devices from a single console was a key selling feature. With ease, nora systems is able to quickly identify devices that need updates, can set up and manage the requirements of different user groups and easily distribute and monitor the use of apps.

nora systems takes advantage of the Absolute Manage MDM to additionally maintain a list of recommended apps, a trigger if employees download apps not on the safe list, and the integrated ability to freeze non-compliant devices.

To find out how nora uses Absolute Manage to create a centralized asset inventory, improve device security and remotely manage apps, check out the case study here.
