Today Absolute Software announced that it will acquire LiveTime® Software, a leading provider of Cloud based ITIL Service Management and Help Desk software. LiveTime® supports millions of end users, providing customers with solutions that fit their service delivery requirements and business objectives.
LiveTime® products are complementary to Absolute’s existing product lines. Customers from both companies will benefit from enhanced management and compliance capabilities. This includes HTML5 service desk software, open standards, and flexible deployment models via on demand Software as a Service technology. It eliminates the heavy services-based approach used by other vendors with out-of-the-box integration solutions and GUI-based customization.
Importantly LiveTime®, like Absolute Computrace® and Absolute Manage®, is platform agnostic, working equally well with PC and Mac computers as well as iOS, Android, and other ultra-portable devices.
