Absolute Service 8.6 Now Available

Absolute Software is pleased to announce the availability of Absolute Service 8.6, an update which creates an even more flexible and simplified ticketing solution for IT Help Desks. This release also introduces a number of new features across all areas of the application, including:

  • Simplified end-user request creation
  • The ability to reclassify requests submitted as incomplete or inaccurate
  • Versatile SLAs that allow technicians to set target dates manually
  • Invoice creation within the billing module that supports post-dated billing

The release incorporates more than 50 change requests and new features.
