How do I find my account ID?

To find out your account ID, log into Customer Center by using your username and password at - https://cc.absolute.com. The account ID is displayed on the top left hand corner of the "Home" page. Absolute Global Support staff will ask callers for their account ID for authentication purposes. Please make sure you keep your Account ID confidential.
How do I download my account agent files?

To download your account agent files, log into Customer Center by using your username and password at - https://cc.absolute.com. Go to "Administration", "Accounts", "Download Agent".

I forgot my Customer Center password - what should I do?

To retrieve your Customer Center password, Got to https://cc.absolute.com/forgot_password.asp. You will be prompted for your Login ID. Your password will be reset to a new password, and it will be emailed to you.
How do I check how many licenses I have?

To check your license information, log into Customer Center by using your username and password at - https://cc.absolute.com. After logging in and when viewing the "Home" page, the license detail is listed in the Account Summary to the right of the screen.
How do I check if a machine is calling in?

To check call information on a machine, please take the following steps:
- Log into Customer Center by using your username and password at - https://cc.absolute.com.
- Go to "Reports", "Hardware Assets" and "Asset Report".
- Use the "And the field" drop down menu to filter your search.
- Use the "is or contains" data field to enter the data you want to look up.
- Click on the "Show results" button to display the results.
Does my machine have BIOS protection?

To check which makes and models of computer have BIOS protection, go to www.absolute.com/BIOS
How do I file a theft report?

To file a theft report, log into Customer Center by using your username and password at - https://cc.absolute.com. Go to "Theft Reporting" and go to "Make a New Theft Report". Choose the machine that has been stolen and provide the following information:
- How was the computer lost?
- Have you filed a police theft report?
How do I request a data delete?

To request a data delete, log into Customer Center by using your username and password at - https://cc.absolute.com. Go to "Data Delete". Go to "Request Data Delete".
