Computrace Install Check Page

Welcome!



This web page allows you to check if your Computrace Software is installed, active and calling. When your computer is connected to the internet, it should call daily.

Enter Serial Number or Service Tag

Enter your Serial Number or Service Tag in the field below and click Search. Your Serial Number or Service Tag is found on the bottom of your laptop. If your Serial Number or Service Tag indicates that you have purchased or are entitled to Computrace, you will be presented with the date/time of the last successful call.




If you have not registered, please do so now. This information is needed for recovery in the event of a theft.
Report a Theft

If your computer is lost or you suspect it has been stolen, first report it to the police and get a case number. Then report it to us immediately, so we can start tracking your computer the next time it calls the Absolute Monitoring Center.

Please have your service tag or serial number ready as well as any other identifying information.
