What is an ANR?

An Audio News Release (ANR) is a sixty-second piece that is fully produced in-house and distributed to radio stations. The piece includes a Title, Suggested Anchor Lead, Opening Script, Cut (concise sound bite), Closing Script and Suggested Anchor Tag.  Additional sound bites can be added into the ANR piece, which enables a station to customize the segment.
